WORK EXPERIENCE

My experience is based both in corporate interior design working at A&D firms as well as providing project management for large-scale projects on the contract dealer side for the past 15 years. I have also worked onsite assisting facilities and real estate departments within 6 Fortune 500 companies. This combination of experience allows me to view each project from all sides, and provides me the clear insight to serve the client with proactive, successful solutions for every situation.

  • AIG  Successfully managed $36 million in furniture sales nationwide and led onsite team including 10 project managers, coordinators, and designers.
  • Effectively managed Citi 388 Greenwich Renovation Project spanning 5 years and 2,500,000 sq. ft. generating approximately $12 million in product sales. 
  • Worked onsite with client assisting Facilities and Real Estate departments at 6 Fortune 500 companies.

Furniture Division

  • Reviewed and analyzed project design requirements for major accounts including top financial institutions in the US and around the world.
  • Provided detailed specifications for Trading environments and offered value engineering solutions and project schedules to meet the client’s needs.
  • Worked closely with Engineers, Estimators, Designers, and Production Managers throughout the project process to ensure all project criteria were being met while maintaining high quality standards throughout project completion
  • Organized punch list and final close-out documents. Tracked cost to budget analyses and improvements upon project completion.

Wall Division

  • Responsible for vetting potential RFP opportunities by evaluating project scope requirements, reviewing construction documents, schedules, and creating take-offs.
  • Coordinated Project Deliverables and strategic budgets working closely with engineering, architectural metal, and glass vendors.
  • Tracked Project Schedule and budgets to ensure all milestones were being met in accordance with original proposals. Provided status reports and updates to all project stakeholders.
  • Ongoing close collaboration with the Architect, GC, and various trades in the field throughout the project process to address and manage all RFI’s and change orders, and their accordance with the original scope and schedule.

  • Coordinated all project operations including transportation, delivery, and installation of product.
  • Actively reported weekly forecasts to architect and client real estate team while sourcing product solutions.

  • Created installation documents, stacking diagrams, and programming for corporate relocation.
  • Provided ongoing support for reconfigurations and managed move meetings for global real estate facilities.


Arcturis, Saint Louis

Interior Designer                                                                                                 06/1994 – 06/2001 

  • Sole onsite representative at Blue Cross, Mallinckrodt, and Edward Jones providing facilities operations services, including strategic programming within each corporation.
  • Created original interior design concept for Edward Jones 270 Manchester office space and cafe. Managed interiors project through construction from start to finish.
  • Selected and designed custom furniture, developed specifications with corresponding drawings.
  • Prepared construction documents and specified architectural finishes, lighting, and artwork.
